Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep

On 4/19/2024 I took my jeep in for a tailgate recall and everything went very well, I thought. They had to remove my spare tire and some other personal items to complete the recall. The personal items were everything went very well, I thought. They had to remove my spare tire and some other personal items to complete the recall. The personal items were let in the cargo area which was not a problem. When I returned home I opened the back to put the personal items back on top of the spare tire. They did NOT put my spare tire back!!!!!!!!! I called and spoke to the service manager and also the general manager but my spare tire is still missing. As of 4/24/2024 still do not have my spare tire. More
