The vehicle was brought to the dealership on 4/24/23(Monday). We informed the customer that we are booked out for about 2 weeks with technical work, but if they'd like to leave the vehicle, we would do our best to take a look at it. We were able to diagnose the vehicle on 4/27/23 (Thursday). The code P0717 presented itself. Per GM recommendations, we were to complete bulletin #21NA106; which is to reprogram the ECM to correct the issue. This corrected the concerns while the vehicle was in our possession. The vehicle drove to GA before an issue occurred. When the customer called the dealership, the service manager was able to explain what was done and how to move forward. The customer wanted reimbursement for travel expenses. The 800# was provided, as dealerships are capped at reimbursement expenses. The amount the customer was looking to get reimbursed for ($3,000) would have to be submitted through GM directly. When the customer called to speak with the owner, he was leaving for a scheduled medical appointment. He advised them that he would call them back when he returned to the office, which he did.

You never offered a resolution. You stated over and over that your cameras showed nothing. Then when I asked what we do next, you again stated that your cameras showed nothing. How else would anyone take that? Again you offered no resolution. Or offer to repair. The only thing you ever stated was that your cameras showed nothing. Once again, pawning off the blame.

Thank you for your feedback. After researching, it seems that part of your service request was in regards to your key fob. Unfortunately, we need to access the center console to complete the requested service. The technician was attempting to do so, but found there was too much debris in the console. We asked that it be cleaned out before we can continue with the request for the key fob. We do our best to be mindful of customer's private personal belongings and ask these items be removed by the customer prior to service. Your service technician took all of my belongings out of the console and left them spread all over my front seat! At NO point did anyone from your establishment tell me to empty my console or it would have been emptied prior to me arriving! Also the service you did to clear the drains was not done correctly - my car still leaks from the exact point I had told you - the other reason I brought my car in - It was actually the MAIN reason brought my vehicle to your dealership - I took my vehicle to another dealership - they informed me that the lines that are connected to dain the leak were not secured - so whoever tried to cleanout the drains- BROKE the dains.. BUYER BEWARE! I have pictures of my front seat from when I left your place if you would care to look - if it is your policy not to touch people's consoles if they are full - why did he throw them on my tan leather seats????????

Thank you for your feedback. I have on record that our service manager did speak with you and also attempted to reach your husband. We tried on multiple occasions to rectify the coolant issue. We actually were waiting on a call back from you to discuss options. We checked our video surveillance in regards to your concern of glasses and a knife - there was no indication of theft while in our possession. We do our best to provide the best service to all of our customers.

Actually, we had to call multiple times just to get in touch with the service manager. There was no mention of getting compensation for the issue that was not even fixed while the car was in your possession. I believe the service manager mentioned us bringing it in but why would we? So we could pay another $800 and risk even more of our items going missing? No one even tried to ask for a description of the items and we were told the only people with access to our vehicle were your employees. I literally took pictures of the items and where they were because we put them in the console and glove box just to ensure they’d be safe and out of the way and they STILL ended up stolen. Going back to the dealership was obviously not an option we wanted to do unless we were assured a free service considering our previous experience with you guys was one I would not want to repeat. It was a waste of our time and apparently a huge waste of our money.

We always appreciate feedback and are always willing to discuss opportunities to improve. We are fairly priced per our market analysis that is completed periodically. We are transparent with our pricing and transactions. It was explained that the manager would have no problem discussing your concerns on a different day, but you were here on a Saturday - not waiting. Diagnostic fees are due and explained prior to starting any work on a vehicle. We are sad to hear you do not feel we did everything we could to assist you with your vehicle.

That is not true you never said that it would be on a different day. Cover yourself with comments we are entitled to leave reviews. This isn’t about money, it’s about a poor experience throughout the years since we purchased from you. We still paid less with your $140 added to the total bill at another dealership. Everyone who reads this review just know prices are better elsewhere and quality of work is much better. Service is service..and yours is just bad.
