I went to Myers Chev Olds to inquire about the sale they had underway. I had a 2010 Malibu, in perfect condition, but was in the market for a SUV. He asked what my purpose was and then proceeded to ask me about what I would like in a new vehicle.....basically, what I would not give up. He listened and suggested that he bring up a vehicle from the lot with the features I asked for. I could have a look and take it for a test drive. It was perfect and after going through the financial aspects of the new vehicle with the trade in of the old, I took the offer. It was efficient, quick and I enjoyed myself immensely. He was always conscious of my comfort.....they were offering a free barbecue and he suggested I go get some lunch while he finalized some paperwork. We arranged a pick up time for me to get the new vehicle but due to another appt, I asked if I could pick up the vehicle sooner. Absolutely no problem and he was very informative in showing me all the features and assisting with the transfer of the ONSTAR from the old vehicle to the new. The first vehicle he showed me happened to be the one I ended up buying but we did look at a few other vehicles too. This in itself shows that he was attentive in what I wanted and did a great job saving me time and money.
