I have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles and this has been my go-to for service. They have really fallen down with their customer service lately. The (lack of) Service Representative was horrible and vengeful. I came in for warranty work, booked an appointment the previous week and made sure that they had the replacement part reserved. Simple job. They were told of my need to have the job done quickly and agreed. It was only after two hours that I wanted an update and they had not even hooked up the scan tool. Then the Service Rep said that I would have to come back another day to have it installed because they did not have the part. We argued back and forth and the part was there as I had told her. Then she said that maybe it could be done later that day or another day because she had messed up. It was so messed up that the owner (Nethercott) was involved and tried to rectify her mistake. She had personally taken our car out of the service bay and parked it outside to prove that she was in control of the situation and to flip me off. We usually use Glen in the service area and he has been decent to deal with, but he was not around. Sorry, but Hyundai makes a good vehicle, and it is also known for recalls and warranty work so service is important. Unfortunately, I think that this will be my last Hyundai. More

Hyundai provided a patch for it but even though it is a software update that they don't provide online ...they make it so have to go to dealer to get it done and by doing so makes it where if bought used and past general warranty time will charge for it... even though provide other software updates free of charge online ...they have made this ONE update as a charge of 140 dollars ...this is to Hyundai as a whole but to charge for a software update while offering others free of charge and then no valid reason as to why, seems to me as a money grab offered up to the dealerships under the guise of a service appointment to upsell on recommendations and the patch ... will never recommend this car brand to anyone and will never purchase this brand ever again More

I just had a 2023 Kona preferred with sun and leather package delivered to me on March 2.....the whole experience was exceptional from the beginning from my factory order being placed in August of 2022 r package delivered to me on March 2.....the whole experience was exceptional from the beginning from my factory order being placed in August of 2022 right up til the delivery date....shout out to Bob Salac and Mary Tubman who made the whole process painless and enjoyable....in fact i looked forward to seeing both every time i visited the dealership.Bob was excellent on delivery day explaining the technology of my new vehicle because i had never had so many options in a car before and Mary was very straight forward with me and offered me great advice during the whole process.....i will never regret chosing this dealership and am looking forward to meeting everyone in the service department going forward....thanks again to everyone for making this experience enjoyable during tough times in the industry....cheers.....Rick Knox.
