Purchased a used suburban a week ago only drove 200 miles before the check engine light came on, and it has the obnoxious loud tick, possible lifter issue. I scanned it and it reads number 7 misfire. I immed before the check engine light came on, and it has the obnoxious loud tick, possible lifter issue. I scanned it and it reads number 7 misfire. I immediately called and left message with Jesse the salesman, he messaged to bring it to the service dept asap. I dropped it off and i am still waiting to hear back. Jesse has been checking in with throught the day which I am greatful for. I am praying they uphold the 30 day, 1000 mile warranty. Reading some of these comments I am very skeptical. If they honor the warranty and fix it I will change the rating. Not a happy camper at the moment. Really hoping they don't take advantage of females and sell bad vehicles. 😕 I will say the buying process was fairly easy and smooth. I'm just really praying they fix the issue. More
i would not choose to do business with Abraham Pacheco, i found what he stands for to be less than honorable when it comes to selling a vehicle found what he stands for to be less than honorable when it comes to selling a vehicle More
I visited this dealership on 05/23 after a coworker recommended. I was briefly looking at a few cars and waiting to get my car appraised. I went over to a tent that was set up where multiple people wer recommended. I was briefly looking at a few cars and waiting to get my car appraised. I went over to a tent that was set up where multiple people were at. I was greeted by three females who informed me it was a closed event for "THEIR EMPLOYEES". The females were very unprofessional and rude towards me. After about three minutes of waiting, two of the three girls began bumping their hips and dancing. DISTASTEFUL and so unprofessional. I HAD ENOUGH. I quickly took my business elsewhere. More

Talking about a LACK of communication, transparency and common courtesy, this dealership is all the above. After waiting a little more than 5 hours for a fuel door replacement, I was told the job couldn't common courtesy, this dealership is all the above. After waiting a little more than 5 hours for a fuel door replacement, I was told the job couldn't be completed today. Not one time did a service advisor come out to talk with me. I arrived at 9:30 AM and waited for 2 or more hours before I APPROACHED who I thought was my advisor to be told someone else will be handling the paper work. Now I have a new advisor and was told she's on the phone with warranty she will come see me in a few minutes. WELL another 1 in a half hour passed, no advisor. I APPROACHED them again to see if there was a problem with the warranty. NO, NO, NO, she said the parts are in stock and your vehicle will be ready in 30 min. This after she called in the back to find out the status. Another 1 and a half passed. I was finally called back to be told they could not complete the job because they don's have the parts. I wanted to speak with a service manager by now. I was furious!!! Mind you I had the same issue when purchasing the vehicle. TRANSPARENCY, COMMUNICATION AND COMMON COURTESY. More
After 5 hours of waiting for my 120K mile service to be complete, I was told that the service technician had stumbled into a noise in the vehicle that would not have been caught in the 120K mile service. I complete, I was told that the service technician had stumbled into a noise in the vehicle that would not have been caught in the 120K mile service. It took another 70 minutes for the technician to diagnose one of the steerage parts was worn, which should have been caught during the 120K mile inspection. All in all, 6+ hours to spend $1000, with a quote for another $1200 worth of work. I called C&C automotive, they will do it for under $500. Save yourself the time and energy. Customer service rep Lynn was very nice, but talked to me 3 times in 6 hours. They dealership also washed my car. More
I have bought 2 vehicles in this past year and had Bret Althoff as my sales rep both times. He made the whole experience a lot easier and was able to answer any questions. Most important, he wasn't the s Althoff as my sales rep both times. He made the whole experience a lot easier and was able to answer any questions. Most important, he wasn't the sales rep that pushed on you. He was very helpful and would definitely be asking for him when I come back. Also, he has been very helpful after the sale. Thanks Brett! My truck arrived a month early and in a time where most dealers put a “market adjustment” aka extra profit, they sold me mine for msrp. The sale, financing, and final delivery were so fast and smooth. mr Jenkins also gave me real and solid advice on purchasing some aftermarket items I was interested in. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly Mr Jenkins. I will see him again when my wife is ready for a new car. More
