It is VERY important to understand that we would NEVER buy and Chevrolet product or Chevrolet service from ANY other dealer in UTAH and, like so many residents in Utah, would make the travel outside the state for service/ sales. Utah Chevrolet dealers, with the exception of Mike Hale Chevrolet, are known for running a price monopoly, practice unfair in-dealer trades, practice price fees way above national averages, push for trade-ins, will go out of their way to avoid cash buys, and constitute bait and switch ads on local newspaper websites, like KSL… Large Utah Chevrolet dealers control the price structure so much they even collectively lobby with other large dealers for legislative control to the point of stripping residents rights to buy a car/service on Sunday, keeping it unfair for smaller dealers to compete. Mike hale is like having a professional out of state dealer , in state! Maybe that is why they are in Park City. I had one tire that kept loosing air and asked them to pay special attention to rotation etc. When I got my car back there was grease all over the stealing wheel and inside of door. So I checked the tire pressures and saw that they didn’t adjust tire pressures and didn't rotate my tires. I’ve been going there for 15 years the service department Used to be good not any more. I was there over 2 hours. Very bad experience I just left and will go elsewhere to Have my car repaired, sad More
