They can just randomly review your return by a representative and not electronically. I was told I could use my pending tax refund and never given a deadline and the salesman said there was no deadline for refund. It's the irs who has any control over them. After having vehicle I thought I owned or 2 weeks and lost $100 in insurance. Christy Bell tok the vehicle back and I never was approved Other car dealerships do this tactic also. Beware!!!!
