We were looking for a specific year, make, model and price! Mercedes Benz of Sarasota was the Only dealership within in a 50 mile radius of our home that had exactly what we were looking for. Not only did they have the perfect used car it was in perfect condition! Our salesman Steven was a great negotiator on our behalf and we were very happy with the process and price. We were in and out in less than two hours. The whole experience was very pleasant. We definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Sarasota. More

I bought my Volvo and service plan from this dealer. When I brought my car in for an oil change, I felt like a second class citizen. My service adviser barely spoke to me. I was on time for my appointment and the person who had the previous appointment arrived after I was already with the service advisor. The service adviser got rid of me and dealt with the folks who had a Mercedes. Not a good feeling to have as I waited. More
