I have not had a good experience with the previous service managers assigned to me, so I wasn’t high on the dealership. Ragina Fitz was my service manager this time and it made a big difference. Poor communication had an appointment at 950 am car wasn’t looked until 1130 am the next day. Multiple calls to my advisor with no answer after i left messages.
