Extremely Deceptive! ! I bought ( financed ) an S63 AMG , Sticker price $188k. The Malfunction light lit up a year after purchase , I brought it in to Ray Catena ( still ! I bought ( financed ) an S63 AMG , Sticker price $188k. The Malfunction light lit up a year after purchase , I brought it in to Ray Catena ( still under warranty) 2x and each time they claimed they couldn’t find the problem. Sure enough , I brought it back in last month and they found the problem , the claimed I was 2 months out of warranty and the cost was $1800, I was upset , that Now they found the problem and Now it’s out of warranty, but I paid and picked up the car. On the way home the Malfunction light went on again , I called and spoke with Ann Marie the repair Mgr. And she picked up the car and told me that it’ll be another $3k to repair. I believe this was done intentional. They took No responsibility for the car, they pushed me away until the warranty was sup ,and they even said the last 2x the car was here we couldn’t find the problem and now we found it … I would advise anyone that’s looking for a car to Not Buy from Ray Catena, as there selling , repairing tactics are less then honest . I’m placing complaints with Mercedes and the BBB of NJ . More

Just purchased a CPO (2022 S580) from Ray Catena in Edison. This is our third or fourth car from the dealership. Again it was a great experience. We will be back again for all of our future cars.
