I cannot stress enough the immense frustration and disappointment I've encountered dealing with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. My experience with their sales and finance managers has been nothing short o disappointment I've encountered dealing with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. My experience with their sales and finance managers has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I've been met with silence and indifference. Today alone, I've called them over 20 times in an attempt to get answers to their request for a VIN verification from local law enforcement. This should have been a simple task, but the lack of communication and responsiveness from the dealership has made it a Herculean ordeal. To make matters worse, I've repeatedly requested executed paperwork for my lease from a representative named Samantha, yet I have received nothing. It's beyond frustrating to be met with such incompetence and disregard for customer service. My frustration reached its peak when I tried to speak with Mejra Barissa, who initially reached out to me anonymously via text regarding the VIN verification form. Despite the urgency of the matter, Mejra refused to return my calls, opting instead to send selective responses to only a fraction of the questions the law enforcement officer had. As a result, the officer was forced to leave, leaving me stranded and without resolution. Undeterred, I rushed to the local tag office, enduring 45 minutes of traffic, only to be met with further disappointment. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Mercedes Benz of Beaverton, my calls were either transferred to the service department or sent to voicemail, with no answers forthcoming. The post-sales experience at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton has been nothing short of torturous. They have shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, providing nothing but excuses and blow-offs. It's abundantly clear that they couldn't care less about helping me or ensuring that their customers are taken care of. To add insult to injury, my temporary tag is set to expire tomorrow, and yet the dealership seems nonchalant about the situation. I am now faced with the prospect of paying for a car that I cannot legally drive, all because of their incompetence and negligence. My frustration only continues to grow with each passing hour. I am left with no choice but to leave daily reviews until this matter is resolved. It is imperative that others are warned about the appalling treatment they can expect from Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership to avoid them at all costs. The staff's lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is inexcusable. Heads need to roll for this level of incompetence, and I will not rest until justice is served. More
