I had the pleasure to speak with Alex Pautler, the assistant Service Manager. This was definitely the guy to speak to with my complicated case where I have been charged for engine sensor 1500$ at 3rd assistant Service Manager. My 2013 ML350 always got another issue after several days when regular maintenance or repair. 1. Got engine protection mode 30km/h in free way due to wrong installation when fixing engine oil leaking. 2. when regular maintenance or repair. 1. Got heavy noise after replace exhaust pipe. 4. Got sensor error after regular service. All repair costs are so expensive. even they did nothing cost $350 for diagnose ( just connect to tablet to read something, it almost takes no time and no cost ) I strongly not recommend to buy any Mercedes-Benz cars. Except you have enough money to burn. More

Never have I felt this good purchasing a car. The SUV is a phenomenal machine, however the overall experience of purchasing a Benz contributes to euphoric state I was in driving away that day. It is easy to see why everyone is so proud to own the Mercedes brand as the excellence of the employees also contributes to the status of the Mercedes brand. Totally over joyed with my new car !!!! Never visit this dealer!!!!! After I bought my car, the car already had a coolant problem. They didn't even provide a tow truck for me, and they told me to leave the car and wait til tmr.
