These people are absolute CROOKS. I took my car in to get serviced and received a loaner. A week after I returned the loaner and got my car back, I received a credit card charge for $ I took my car in to get serviced and received a loaner. A week after I returned the loaner and got my car back, I received a credit card charge for $139.34. I spoke with the loaner car manager who said it was due to toll charges. When I told him that was not possible because I was parked in my work garage at the times the toll charges were made, he said he would look into it but he never called me back. I received another charge for $58.17 a few days later and again called the manager, who again said he would look into it but he never called me back. I finally spoke with the service advisor I had used and explained that I had documentation showing I was parked in my work garage during the times the tolls were charged. I asked him to obtain license plate photos from EZpass to see if the car I was given matched the car that the tolls were charged to. He said he would try but never got back to me. I called MB USA and they said there was nothing they could do about it because each dealer was independent. Beware of this EZpass scam they are running where they assign their tolls to you if you ever make the mistake of taking your car there and getting a loaner. More

Buying a car can be at times stressful since it is one of the biggest purchases behind buying a home. The process of buying a car took us well over two months and we visited every dealership you could think of Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, and Range Rover. Through the entire process and out of all the salespeople we came across, Greg Gazzola at Mercedes Manhattan was by far the best salesperson we came across. If you want someone who is honest, transparent, attentive to detail, and most of all "accessible" – Greg Gazzola is your guy! Greg Gazzola made himself available to us during the final weeks prior to committing to our purchase. No matter how big or small our questions were, he was simply there for us. That's what we needed and ultimately, that's what made us buy our car from Greg Gazzola at Mercedes Manhattan this past weekend. There is no doubt in my mind that we will use Greg Gazzola again in the future and we will highly recommend him to all our family and friends. Thank you, Greg Gazzola, for all your help! More
Used to buy my cars in Jersey, always go to Manhattan MB now as they have the best deals. My sales person EVAN has been incredible. He is incredibly laid back and has never pressured me at all. From financing, finding cars all the way to small details such as extra all weather mats, ez pass stickers, returning my old plates, Evan literally took care of everything. I've been to so many dealers where sales people act as if they are doing you a favor, it has been so nice to have some good customer service. I will service and buy all my cars from Evan in the future and if you want some real customer service, I suggest you do the same! Good luck! More

I am a long time (40+ years), multi-MB car owner. MB Manhattan is the worst MB service center i've ever dealt with. they don't answer the phones. they don't return calls. When you are there in person MB Manhattan is the worst MB service center i've ever dealt with. they don't answer the phones. they don't return calls. When you are there in person, the service agents ignore you as if you are invisible. While the physical facility is spectacular, and an easy ride from my apartment, i just can't continue to use them for service. It is an utter embarassment that this dealership is owned and run by the factory. More

Mercedes benz of manhattan was ok for the 3 years i serviced my car there until a few months ago when i got a service light. I took the car in for diagnoses and i ended up having to pay for 2 diagnoses serviced my car there until a few months ago when i got a service light. I took the car in for diagnoses and i ended up having to pay for 2 diagnoses for the same problem. I let that go. Now i am having another issue with the car. I called for an appointment they told me the cost for a the diagnostic is $350. I didn’t make the appointment right away but when I called back an hour later they told me that the cost went up to $450. When i spoke to Victoria she confirmed that i have to pay an administrative fee of $450 plus the diagnostic. All this after i have been servicing my car there for 3 years. I wont be going back there.
