Please read if you are taking your car in for a service other than a basic oil change! I got into an accident during the snow storm and took my Subaru to this Subaru dealership for diagnostic testing to s other than a basic oil change! I got into an accident during the snow storm and took my Subaru to this Subaru dealership for diagnostic testing to see what needs to be replaced— long story short I paid over $200 for the diagnostic test and then due to insurance reasons had to take my car to another shop. Then same day I got a call from the new shop showing me all the damages Subaru missed over 3k extra damages that were easy to spot when the car was on the car lift. Needless to say save your time and money go to a shop with more experience technicians…. More

Absolutely among the worst customer service experiences of my life. Subaru customer service at McCurley is excellent, until they get your money. Then, you become a second class citizen. When it comes to after sales service and parts, they fail terribly. They are not helpful, they are very inefficient, and act as if they’re doing you a favor by bringing your car in for service. We took it there for the thee-year/30k mike services that come with the new car. Now we will never darken the doorway of this dealership again. If we ever get another Subaru, we will travel to another city or state to do so. More

After many years of good service on our Subaru outback’s, we brought our 2012 for routine oil change in middle of April.The oil plug and filter were loose and made a mess on garage floor. When I bought my 2011 3. 6 Outback in 2012 There were recalls for various parts that the car while in McCurley's possession were not taken care of. I just found that the puddle lights should have been replaced. The emergency brake also had a recall WTV-81 2018 why no notification ?Bill McCurley where apparently "Integrity" is gimmick. I will be turning this all in to the proper people at Subaru. More

I met with Evan Bates the GM and Brian the service manager at McCurley Subaru today and we were able to come up with a productive solution to fix my car. Before the sale, email communication was abundant with excellent, prompt response from McCurley's sale staff and others: "...you'll be about the car. After the sale , email messages are not promptly responded, or not answered at all, as if the selling of the car was the end of "the family". We love our Subaru and did not mind the "low balling" on our trade-in. We were nevertheless disappointed with the delay in response to our communication, after the car was sold! We still want to be part of the "McCurley family" and are in the hope that our communication will improve. We will follow this with frequent comments on DealerRater, Yelp, etc. We will be glad to even contact the heads of the "family" to stimulate a continued improvement on the customer service of this wonderful product, and the integrity of the family! Sold parts I had ordered This dealership does not practice what they preach. I ordered a part and had it set aside. They sold it out from under me had to cancel my appointment to install it. So, I reordered the part and a week later I was told 3 more were in and I reschedule. When I dropped my card off and they had it dismantled they called to let me know that all stock was gone and none were in country. I cannot express how upset I am with this dealership. Save your self the headache and go somewhere else More
