Hello Iqbal, this is Dante I am the Business Manager you spoke with in regards to your Bolt EV. I was the manager who helped you when you called in after your purchase. Prior to your purchase we completed the high voltage battery update and your vehicle will temporarily be able to charge to 80% until you drive a few thousand miles on the vehicle. This is only temporary and was required to update your vehicle. As we discussed over the phone and via email your Bolt will be able to charge up to 100% once you drive more miles on the vehicle. There is no issue with your Bolt, but if for some reason your Bolt does not charge to 100% after you drive the allotted miles we already promised you a rental as we previously discussed. Your Bolt was also heavily discounted for you and we hope you are getting great use out of it.
