Had a problem with the check engine light coming on. Doschedule. was able to check the code, discovering it was an electrical/circuit problem and was able to quickly get me on the schedule. The first at Doschedule. was able to check the code, discovering it was an electrical/circuit problem and was able to quickly get me on the schedule. The first attempt to fix the problem was not successful, with the light coming back on about 3 days later. Again Doug was great, getting the car in quickly, and the problem finally fixed. More

Communication is horrible. Went to pick up my truck and nothing was done. Loan wasn't processed, loan rates were higher than quoted and never got a phone call to say so,, dmv w Went to pick up my truck and nothing was done. Loan wasn't processed, loan rates were higher than quoted and never got a phone call to say so,, dmv wasn't done, Truck was dirty. Took me 2.5 hours to get everything done. They close at 8, and was there until 8:30 being I had no vehicle to get home with. But by golly they offered me a free oil change to make up for it all. Umm no thanks, I live 1.5hr away. More
