Booked a 7:40am service appointment through there onsite app and requested a rental car at that time. Received an email confirming my appointment. Then I get a phone call saying appointment was at 8:00am. app and requested a rental car at that time. Received an email confirming my appointment. Then I get a phone call saying appointment was at 8:00am. All good. I sent a email the day before appointment just to confirm. Received a phone call stating appointment was at 10:00am??I asked how could that be. She told me that is what I Booked. I asked her to read the email? She still blamed me. I asked about the rental car? She said I was booked for a shuttle? I said where to and she had no idea? I cancelled the appointment and will never deal there. These online appointment services are pretty easy until you have …lets say not very intelligent people get involved. I would suggest you go somewhere else for service! More
I took my vehicle in for brakes and a tune up and no other problems and when I let there was a strange noise coming from the engine area. After further investigation I find the air filter cover is off, other problems and when I let there was a strange noise coming from the engine area. After further investigation I find the air filter cover is off, the engine air hose is disconnected, the radiator overflow reservoir is cracked and the hose leading to it is damaged. I took it back to them and without even diagnosing the problem, or looking at the engine, they said to give them $400 and they would change my fan belts??? I still can't believe this happened. Never going back! More
We are on our second vehicle from Magnuson Ford. I can’t say how much I have enjoyed the service that we have received over the years. There have been times when they have gone beyond my expectations in service. Everything from topping up the tank, buying me lunch at A&W. Cleaning the car inside and out. Don Curtis and the sales staff are awesome. I sent my daughter and son-in-law in to check out the vehicles and they ended up with a new Edge. My son in law said that he’ll never go anywhere else from now on. After that a few more family members have shopped at Magnuson and have expressed the same great service. Thank you Magnuson Ford More
