I was hoping that my experience would be good because it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minut it's in Morris County but I was disappointed. I believe my salesman was Chad. Instead of showing me the car that I seen online less than twenty minutes of me coming to the dealership, the car magically disappeared per Chad. I went home and went online to see it still there and available. My salesman kept trying to force me to take a car that he suggested rather than showing me cars within my budget. He told me that I would be paying more money a month for a car however the car that he wanted me to settle for was for the same amount of money. I walked away and felt like I did not get that from this dealership. I left extremely disappointed. More

Third times the charm. .. in this case, 3rd dealer we went to. 1. VIP Honda in North Plainfield salesperson was very nice but we didn't like the car we drove. 2. Bridgew .. in this case, 3rd dealer we went to. 1. VIP Honda in North Plainfield salesperson was very nice but we didn't like the car we drove. 2. Bridgewater Honda had the car I loved but they added $9,000 to the sticker price for certificating services and other nonsense. And they refused to negotiate so we walked out. 3. Madison Honda was straight forward on price and Ron Wood got me better deal on financing. Alton Brown was our salesperson and could not have been more helpful. More

The worst dealership of over sixty I've emailed for a car. The won't share all fees easily via email. The hidden fees are the worst in new Jersey. A $16k car was $22k out the door. After Covid hit I make the mistake of downsizing to an hr-v. No one’s “fault” but mine, as I was trying to save money like the rest of the world. But since then my kids have grown tremendously and so had my need for more space! I have to mention that I had a CR-V before I downsized and Chad advised me to hold on to it a bit longer. Needless to say I should have listened! This is my 4th Honda from Chad Sanders at Honda, and I have to again say that the process and transaction were painless as usual. Chad was kind, honest, professional, and quick to answer my questions. I also appreciated how he took the time to greet other customers who came in as he was working with me which made it feel less like a “deal” and more of a great purchase.
