"great place and they are not like used cars salesmen."

I will always go back to this MSA Ford. We were looking for a new truck to purchase. And when I am going to spend a lot of money I get a little nervous. We went to one ford place in Surrey and almost bought the truck there but when they didn't even want to budge a tiny bit. But they sure new how to charge and didn't really care if I was a happy customer or not. Right in the middle of signing they started adding fees and other things. Why wasn't I told this before. When I ask for a bottom line price I expect it. no surprises. We were giving them exactly what they were asking. Then they got all indignant when I started to protest against the fees they were charging. We ended getting up in the middle and leaving. I couldn't believe this dealer. It really wasn't the salesperson but the dealer. Needless to say I will never go back to Hallmark Ford if they were the last dealership on earth. I ended up letting my fingers do the walking and called the Langley. The person I talk to didn't know anything if they had any truck on the lot or even ordering one. I ended up calling MSA Ford and I'm so happy I did. The people are really nice and they actually new what they were talking about. How refreshing :) They new exactly what they had on the lot and didn't try to talk us into anything. We got some prices and the cost of some extras took it home mulled over it until I new exactly what we wanted. We went back order it (we ended up ordering new from the factory) Because I had time to think we ended up getting the extended warranty and service maintenance plan. (7 years) By the way I have never regretted the extra money for the plans. (I think we are 4 years into it now) Anything goes wrong they fix it :) It is so nice not having to worry. The whole MSA dealership is friendly, fair and smart. They have one great group of people there. Right from the top to the bottom. Please don't change!! I believe MSA ford is the best dealership in BC and I know it is in the Lower Mainland!! Bar None :)

"Easy sale"

I saw a new blue f-150 super cab advertised on auto trader for much lower than my local dealer in Surrey. Called them up and they put the financing together over email (very easy). The salesman and finance guy made the whole experience fun and quick. Showed up for pick up and drove away in one hour. They even gave me a new plasma TV and a full tank of gas.

"Good prices Horrible customer service"

We were looking at buying a Used vehicle.. they had a few we were interested in but for whatever reason the ridiculously fast talking sales man wouldn't even show them to me until after I tested a brand new stock one I didn't like. We wanted to buy it but he would not budge on his price. Not a penny. Their communications with us throughout he week were all up to us to initiate, they did the bare minimum, made me feel like an annoyance to them. We took our business to Fraser Vallery Preowned and got exactly what we were asking for and then some. I'm so glad we didn't end up supporting this salesman only because he had the car we wanted.

"Mechanics don't know what they are doing "

Brought my truck in this week. They quoted me for slave cylinder replacement. After they replaced it they told me my master cylinder is leaking. I inspected the parts myself there is nothing wrong with them. They have no evidence of a leak even though they think there is one. I am currently into my service for $2000 and they haven't figured out what is really the problem, which is just air bubbles in my clutch. I will never use them again nor will I ever buy Ford again. Buying from Msa Ford right Down to the servicing here is aweful and I never walk away feeling like I have been treated like a person. Thank you msa Ford for making me feel like a piece of xxxx.

"Just need to buy a car"

Saw an ad for a car and brought the ad with me when I visited the lot. The sticker on the car was 20% higher than the price listed in the ad. The price listed in the ad was 30% higher than comparable sales found on the internet. Selling features: the car had been in an accident but the accident was (supposedly) minor and the low mileage was due to the car being parked for an extended period of time. Regardless, I asked to test drive the vehicle. Before asking me to sign the papers to allow me to test drive it, the salesman tried to start the car. He tried again, and again. It was obvious the car would not start. I looked at another car parked on their sales lot. Couldn't sell that one as it belonged to an employee. Why was it parked in their Used Car section? Could he suggest something else? I guess that was beyond his capability.

"I have bought 3different sets of tires in the last two..."

I have bought 3different sets of tires in the last two years from MSA. Every time I got quotes from Curtis tire, Costco and Kal tire. MSA beat the competitor quotes by at least $80 (including install fees). I have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased.

"I was passed between many people, as my original..."

I was passed between many people, as my original salesperson was unavailable. I felt like the hot potato. I liked the car though and still went ahead. The salesman that finally helped at the end told me 3 things that were going to be taken care of or included. However when the original guy came back and I was questioning things he told me that noone ever said these things, and acted like I was lying. The sad thing is these are all little things, easily doable things, and he chose to alienate his customer instead of doing anything. I am in sales as well, and would like to maintain that I hold myself to a much higher standard than this dealership. I would be ashamed of such poor service. I would also like to include that this salesman has said that he talked to his manager about these issues and is taking direction from him. I do like my car and do believe I got a good price, my complaint is with service only.The feel of this dealership for the most part seemed like no one cared or wanted to help at every stage of the process. The only one that was helpful from sales is the one that did not follow through on my requests, and apparently misinformed me on all 3 points. Way to go guys@ MSA Ford! As for the question below, I would rather have anyone care what I have to say, I should not have to go to mthese lenghths.
