One of the worst dealership experience I had, I could give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have give them negative rating if I could. I called them up in the morning asking for Hyundai Tucson hybrid SEL trim in blue color. They told me they have it on the lot ready, I asked them the price they told me it’s MSRP + tax, title registration and doc and if I come today evening I can drive the car home. I rented the car and drove for 4 hours from NJ to New London in CT. They didn’t have the car and the car was in transit arriving on 17th January. Such a disappointment, on top of that the sales manager Enrico Simonelli was unapologetic and gave me quote $3000 over MSRP! Such a worst experience! I already had a deposits with other dealership that was giving me a car for MSRP which are in transit. The only reason I had to was that they had the car on the lot! I would say just get you xxxx together and respect customers time! I would never ever go to this dealership! More

Horrible customer and service I bought my car in for a recall, asked if they could check why my car was hesitating. As I thought he asks the mechanic, mike did not. I got my car ba I bought my car in for a recall, asked if they could check why my car was hesitating. As I thought he asks the mechanic, mike did not. I got my car back from recall he never asked a mechanic to look and than told me i would have to leave my car for two days and pay for a diagnostic’s. No thank you. I took my car to another Hyundai dealership fixed it with the hour free of charge at Old Saybrook Hyundai. More
