Our salesman was knowledgeable and friendly, but I felt the dealer was nickel and diming us with a mandatory installation of blinking tail lights for $299 - on a used car! When I saw the price they listed to resell my trade in, I really felt like they had undervalued what they gave me. So overall, I was not impressed compared with other dealers I have worked with. Chris Skillman was easygoing and no pressure. He let me lead my search for a used Honda CR-V.
