Bought a used BMW from Lorenzo Nissan, the left front turning signal was never working even when I drove it off the lot the first day, I since have had the car back to Lotenzo Nissan TWICE now, it was turning signal was never working even when I drove it off the lot the first day, I since have had the car back to Lotenzo Nissan TWICE now, it was Dropped of the second time on May 13 th today is May 20 th and the left front turning signal module is still awaiting for that part to come as they had to order it off of EBay !!! I contacted BMW and they said : “ we don’t order parts from EBay!!!” Don’t get me wrong or misunderstand me , Lorenzo Nissan has been very nice by providing me with a loaner car from them for free and they are fixing the turning signal module for free , it’s just taking forever., Theo is great at Lorenzo Nissan , but , I just want my car back . My door handle was damaged by an attempted break in, I asked the Nissan service that they either fix or replace the handle. No parts were replaced. The handle was not completely fixed, and i continued to asked the Nissan service that they either fix or replace the handle. No parts were replaced. The handle was not completely fixed, and i continued to not be able to open my door. I brought the vehicle back and they said I simply had to push the door handle all the way in before attempting to unlock and open door. I should not have to push my door handle inwards to be able to open my door. I paid $450 dollars for this service. More
They took way way too long i usually wait an hour or less. They said they were goung to wash the car and vacuum i thought they did a pretty bad job because the back wasnt touch at all i know because i h less.
