We purchased a 2020 Nissan 2500, the day we picked up the car, they volunteered to removed glue that was left when they removed the wrap. The only problem was they used a razor to remove the glue. We immed car, they volunteered to removed glue that was left when they removed the wrap. The only problem was they used a razor to remove the glue. We immediately called our salesman, who then talked to the general manager, Bill Carey, and was told they would “take care of it” and told us to bring it in on Monday. We did, but they were not prepared and was told to bring it in the following Monday. We did, Bill Carey called and said it was ready and he was happy with the way it came out. I dropped my husband off, unfortunately they never did anything to the van, all the scratches and gouges were still there. The two managers and detail man all ganged up on my husband and practically accused him of making the scratches. After a big scene in the show room, my husband walked out and promised to never buy another car from them. This was our third Nissan from this dearlership in the last 4 years and have always been a very satisfied customer. My husband has never been treated like this before from a sales manager. They were rude and very disrespectful, and probably so was he! The whole conversation got out of control! More
