My battery which was under warranty kept dying. I knew it needed replacing. My husband took my car to the service department. He was told it was holding a charge and they would not replace it. Two I knew it needed replacing. My husband took my car to the service department. He was told it was holding a charge and they would not replace it. Two days later my battery died and left me stranded. I called AAA, when they showed up they ran a diagnostic test. It clearly showed the battery needed replacement. I feel I was basically scammed by the service department. If they would have taken care of the battery the first time, it would have been the right thing to do. But it took a lot of wasted time and aggravation before it was taken care of. More
