Chuck and Kevin have been my service advisors for all of my cars almost since I started having my cars done there in 1998. As long as Chuck is still working there we will be customers for life. My Son took the Rogue with him on his contract job in North Carolina and he tried using the Nissan dealership up there but has been so badly treated he refuses to return. He is Spoiled by the Service we've received from lokey the past 26 years. Chuck is awesome, he really cares about his people and he Never tries to oversell anyone. He just explains what is needed or necessary and lets me make up my own mind. But I've always done what he has recommended for us. More

As you would expect from most car dealerships, they’re two faced and don’t care about you or any subsequent problems you may have once they made their commission off of you. I bought my car over a month a two faced and don’t care about you or any subsequent problems you may have once they made their commission off of you. I bought my car over a month ago, they told me that they JUST received the car and have yet to receive the title, and gave me a temporary dealer plate to drive around with. I was told the process of receiving the title should take about a week or 2. I called the gentleman who sold me the car, (Lani) to inquire about the title, he referred me to the finance guy (Kurt) without giving a number to call and told me he’d ask him for me, never got back to me. I reached out to the dealership themselves several days later, gave them the year, make, and model of my car, person referred me to the sales department and told me they’d get back to me, of course they never did. My issue isn’t so much that I haven’t received the title yet, but how hard is it to give someone a simple yes or no answer without playing games with them and making the customer feel like an inconvenience for asking a legitimate question. More
