I didn't like that the guy that changed my oil started working on the next car before he finished my oil change. He did the next car's oil change and tire rotation and only came back to finish my car whe working on the next car before he finished my oil change. He did the next car's oil change and tire rotation and only came back to finish my car when I brought it to Eric's attention. I got there early so I could get done early. Sitting there waiting isn't my favorite pass time. More

My car was there for 6 weeks. I could never get anyone to respond to text, emails and calls. When I finally did speak to them they were nice and informative. My recall was done an I could never get anyone to respond to text, emails and calls. When I finally did speak to them they were nice and informative. My recall was done and nothing else wrong with car but it took 6 weeks. I understand they were short staffed but they can at least answer a text. They did say they will work on my car immediately if any problems were to arise so I do appreciate that. They definitely need to work on their communication skills with customers and service department needs their own secretary for messages. More
