They ordered the right vehicle but not the extras I wanted on it and they added a package I did not want but it was worked out. Made an appointment several weeks in advance for a recall fix. I take time off work, and drive an hour to the appointment, to be told they don’t have the parts. This should, and easily could have, been commu fix. I take time off work, and drive an hour to the appointment, to be told they don’t have the parts. This should, and easily could have, been communicated to me in advance. Additionally, they then tried to sell me new tires, even though I just had my tires checked. Very disappointed in my experience here. More

Being transparent about wait times would be amazing. Being told afternoon appointments are quicker and still waiting two hours for an oil change is absurd.
