Thanks for the follow-up, but it's too late. I've taken my repairs elsewhere since I was actually able to reach someone at another repair facility. Having just moved to the area, and looking for a forever home for my new Suburban, I wanted to take it to a local Chevy. But literally after calling your department over 5 times during the course of a three-day period, and even having a receptionist take down my info to "walk it over to the service team," I've yet to hear back from anyone. If you don't have my number at this point if further shows how incompetent the people working at your place of business are.

I took my 2010 Corvette grand sport to Lithia Chevrolet in Redding on April 29,2021 and spoke with Jason Carter, and told him that my friend who is a mechanic,told me my fuel pump needs to be replaced,and I would like my car tuned up, Jason told me flat out no! And that his top Corvette guy they have will decide what needs to be doen to my car, fair enough,Im a carpenter,after a week of push backs Jason Carter called me and told me the problem is fixed! " our top corvette guy looked at it and and its running great, you can come pick your car up, when in fact nobody looked at my car, I believe it was becouse on Jan 7,2020 I had Lithia full service my car for $1,723.79 and I mention that my oil looked burnt are you sure they didn't over look the oil?the way my oil looked(red) it was a legitimate concern, So I took my car home,then went out for the evening,on the way home my oil pump went out on me,on I-5 about midnight,in the middle of nowhere, while waiting for the tow truck,two car loads of men 5 men got out and approached my car with tools in hand,when they realized I was in my car ,luckily they went back to there cars and fled,very very scary. When I told Mathew Goodwin of what happened,and that Jason Carter lied to me,about my car being fixed for no price becouse the work was so minimal we dont charge for something like that,when I told him that Jason Carter lied to me,he told me with a smug attitude, yes he lied to you and if you dont like it ?take your car elsewhere. I spoke with Logan McShane,he apologized and told me to bring my car back in and he'll make it right. So I towed my car back on May 4 and they replaced my bad fuel filter,aaaahhhhh!!! Im sixty two,my fiance is sixty. That evening could have turned out a lot different,those men could of had there way with us. In the process of changing the fuel filter I was told I need a new gas tank,so I agreed, I originally brought my car in on April29,2021 it is now July 20 2021, Lithia has held my car for seventy eight days now,they still have my car! I buffed my car out just before I took it out that night,she was beautiful,my car has been sitting in the elements,its absolutely filthy,with bird crap all over it,Ive been treated so bad by these people, I cant imagine that Chevrolet trains there employees to treat the public so poorly,I feel violated,and they've made such a fool out of me, I don't think that I can buff those bird stains out of my paint now, so now my paint job is ruined, and there is no way I can hold Mathew Goodwin accountable for any of this, besides Lithia holding my car the entire summer. To whom it may concern, When last I spoke with Jason Carter(service department ) He informed me that Lithia doesn't know where or how to get a gas tank for my 2010 Corvette grand sport,and for me to go get the gas tank and thats when they'll install the tank, Have these people lost there minds? Im a sixty two year old retired carpenter! Why am I supposed to get Lithia parts for my car? Can anybody please help me end this nightmare? And help me find a gas tank for my car. Lithia has had my beautiful car rotting in there parking lot for eighty days! You read this right,eighty days now! I initially brought my car in on April 29,2021 and they still won't even call me to tell me anything! The only time that Ive spoke to Lithia was when I made contact with them,they haven't contacted me in over two months,I lose sleep over this every night! I think Im getting ulcers over my ordeal with Lithia, so please if anyone can help me find parts for my car that Lithia told me I have to get,I really would appreciate you, I just want my poor neglected car back she's been through a lot,and I sure miss her, you can reach me at 530-840-7671 Sincerely Bart Blackketter

All this becouse I questioned the validity of a oil change? when I payed $1,723.79 for services rendered on my car, when I checked the oil it just looked red(burnt) to me. Im a retired carpenter,what do I know? Still a legitimate question. Before this problem surfaced,I had brought my car to Lithia on a few other occasions, for there mechanics do excellent work. I suppose it would of been in my best interest to not question anything,and just except what ever they tell me as gospel, .
