Awful. I waited for 2 hours. They forgot me because the guy went on lunch break and I guess didn’t check my papers. Went in for regular maintenance and lag I waited for 2 hours. Went in for regular maintenance and lag in starting: Truck did not start properly STILL after being told “everything is fine” and it being too late in the day to fix more. They would have HAD to start the truck to move it to the parking space! More

I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I got home, I discovered the tires had not been rotated, and I'm not sure if they even changed the oil. Both were marked as completed and charge When I got home, I discovered the tires had not been rotated, and I'm not sure if they even changed the oil. Both were marked as completed and charged. This is unethical, and I do not trust this dealership. It appears they just returned the car without maintenance and charged for it. I know this because the rear tire had markings on it and was still in the exact location. Crooks! More
