We did have an issue when we first arrived at the dealership (not any fault of John’s), but because of who John is, he saved the deal. John made this as seamless as possible and was very patient and not pushy. Never once did we feel pressured. John was refreshing and efficient. Also, Christian, the gentleman who explained how to work all of the gadgets, electronics and dashboard was extremely thorough and patient. We truly enjoyed his expertise! This is by far the best dealership we have ever bought a car from. Our salesman Mike Crusoe was amazing. He walked us through the entire process and gave us 5 star service. We were having problems with our transport company and Mike helped us secure a company that delivered to our front door in 2 days.
