Such a diverse and dynamic set of individuals that work at the North Miami location. They are courteous, knowledgeable and structured. They have a system in place that does not have you running around lost at the North Miami location. They are courteous, knowledgeable and structured. The service department is super amazing and especially my service consultant Eric Garcia. He rolled out the red carpet and gave me a world class experience. He was proactive and out my mind at ease when it came to utilizing my extended warranty for the first time. His mannerism and tenacity was just amazing. I would pass five dealership if I had to in order to have him as my service consultant. Each department I’ve had a pleasure to interact with I.e. cashier and Lexus boutique has been a positive experience for me. More

Hi- I scheduled an appointment in the morning to have the GX 460 serviced for an oil change and to search for an issue with the electrical - front camera and lane change instrumentation - were not working. Probably a loose wire or connection, I explained the problem thoroughly. When I received the car afterwards, none of the instrument cluster issues were repaired. More
