Our service department is passionate about caring for the best automobiles in the world, and committed to keeping your Lexus vehicle and ownership experience top of the line. Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Such a diverse and dynamic set of individuals that work at the North Miami location. They are courteous, knowledgeable and structured. They have a system in place that does not have you running around lost at the North Miami location. They are courteous, knowledgeable and structured. They have a system in place that does not have you running around lost and confused. They give you a sense of security and a resolution to whatever issue you are coming in with. The service department is super amazing and especially my service consultant Eric Garcia. He rolled out the red carpet and gave me a world class experience. He was proactive and out my mind at ease when it came to utilizing my extended warranty for the first time. His mannerism and tenacity was just amazing. I would pass five dealership if I had to in order to have him as my service consultant. Each department I’ve had a pleasure to interact with I.e. cashier and Lexus boutique has been a positive experience for me. More
