On 03/29/24 I brought my 2008 Tribeca with 58,200 miles to Lester Glenn du to various dashboard lights blinking. I waited over 4 hours at the dealer to be informed that I needed $4000.00 worth of immediate to Lester Glenn du to various dashboard lights blinking. I waited over 4 hours at the dealer to be informed that I needed $4000.00 worth of immediate repairs, including back brakes. I had no vehicle for 6 days, causing extreme hardship and cancellation of Dr appointments. On 05/07/24 while on the highway and slowing down to 45 mph and applying the brakes the steering wheel and rear of the car would shake. I returned to the dealer and was advised that I needed over 2000.00 in repairs. I took the car for a second opinion and had it repaired for less than $400.00. I’m very disappointed and upset that I was told I needed repairs which were not necessary. Being a woman, elderly and disabled I’m on a limited income and find this unacceptable! More

When we leased the car, my husband chose a couple of service options on top of the standard warranty and it has paid off at least 2 x already since I got the car. The service advisor, Ekaterina, is so very sweet and courteous and understanding. She goes above and beyond each visit. She's great!! More
