I feel that I was mislead by Mrc. John Mullins finance manager regarding titling the purchased vehicle in both my name and my spouse’s name. I was misinformed about how quickly funds John Mullins finance manager regarding titling the purchased vehicle in both my name and my spouse’s name. I was misinformed about how quickly funds would transfer from loaner to dealer. My request to change financing to my own Credit Union (at the same rate as the dealership’s source was denied.) I was told to assure me of the excellent deal I had been given by Mr. Mullins, after the fact, that I was given $1000 over my written trade in offer when in fact it was only $300. My proposal to make an equitable resolution was rejected, while being asked “If there was anything else they could do for me?” All for the sake of an immediate sale my concerns have been dismissed. More

4 calls to schedule warranty maintenance without a call back after a week.. zero stars. Horrible service. I just had a tire sensor go bad.
