my car was bought in augusta from auburn i brought back for check on cvt transmission when i told them it was making noises and not working correctly they kept it for three weeks then gave back saying noth for check on cvt transmission when i told them it was making noises and not working correctly they kept it for three weeks then gave back saying nothing wrong so i paid it off and it died two weeks later i knew it was wrong .apparently there tecks arnt trained. when i called to have them fix its not there problem cause i paid it and my extended warrenty off even though i conplained before that this place scores a zero from me till they man up and repair my car that has been sitting since it died. i would say never buy used cars from lee credit ever ever, or a extended warrenty it is useless for 8000 dollars. Lee credit got me right in with no appointment as I had no car and was stranded and over 3 days was able to walk away with a 2019 Nissan Morano and I'm still in awe and can't believe this has happened than no car and was stranded and over 3 days was able to walk away with a 2019 Nissan Morano and I'm still in awe and can't believe this has happened thank you so much for your compassion, empathy,sincerity, leadership, kindness, and just to go get it to get the job done. Because I was on a time crunch as I'm having surgery on Halloween I didn't want to have this worry afterwards while I'm healing and even got a phone call the next day from the manager Stacey congratulate me and also sincerely wishing me well with my surgery which just made me melt and thank you again. This is my 4th car with Lee and I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you again so much look forward to driving my newer car and seeing you guys another 6 or 7 years… thank you again More

Bob was an absolute delight to deal with when getting my new car. He's so patient and a great people person. I really enjoyed him helping me. This was my first time buying a car from a place like this. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure they took care of us. They asked what we wanted in a car and found a match even more perfec this. I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure they took care of us. They asked what we wanted in a car and found a match even more perfect than I thought and left with it that same day. They made sure to do their best to get me the best deal and one I could afford. Great reliable family car with a huge trunk. Bob and Stacy explained everything little detail and made sure I understood. They were fantastic and no pressure in the process. I felt I was in control of the situation but I had no idea what I was doing either. They were awesome at helping throughout the process. Even helped talk to me insurance company cuz they were the only one being a pain. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends and or anyone so listens. Appreciate them taking the time to find a great deal for us. And I know they tell you they give you a good deal but being my first time, how would I know. So far everyone I have asked who has bought cars recently or knows people who have also agree and tell me I got a really great deal on the car.
