My wife and I spent over $100k on a Jeep Grand Wagoneer sold as "new," but it was full of scratches and delivered dirty, with no original accessories. I had to pay out of my pocket to the car been cleaned by professional and They charged me $1,200 to apply Simonize protection inside and outside the vehicle, but they never provided the service. They haven't returned my money either. They promised me in writing to pay me $1,100.00 and provide the original accessories of the car, but they never did. Now, the sales rep Noah is saying that he can no longer communicate with me, and I have to deal with the General Manager, David Graham, who is ignoring all my phone calls and emails. This is a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to experience their lawless way of doing business! I'll keep updating on this review and I will keep spreading this in as many places as possible to warn people about this company! More

So disappointed in the service department made an appointment over a month ago to have a software update done on my Jeep Cherokee. My appointment was yesterday morning at 8:30. The sales rep Armin screwed me to close a sale. Told me in writing I have a 1 year free maintenance warranty and that was never true, it was fabricated. The Sales manger, David, thought it wasn’t legit. HOW DO CAN YOU EVEN SAY THAT?! I had proof. They tried to Nickle and dime and say we’ll pay for your oil but not for your entire service ( diesel). Then we have an extremely rude Service Rep, Christine, who was mimicking me to a service manager. I got a good luck text from the sales rep, no help at all. Sends me a sad face. What a joke. If I don’t get a call back from someone with a resolution, they’ll get one from the AG office, and that’s a guarantee. More

On second look, I questioned why it wasn’t represented in the “rebate” slot they explained that it was just basically semantics. When we got to financing they explained that the $1000 “discount” or rebate was ONLY if we used Chrysler financing at a point above all other financing. I questioned it twice. The entire transaction left a very sour taste. It brings to mind the old adage that car dealerships cannot be trusted. More

They said it would be ready in a few days, over a week later nobody had reached out to me. I had to call several times and leave messages wasting my time to find out what was going on. They would always say 'oh let me look into it and I'll get back to you' then nobody ever would. Finally I get a hold of someone who seemed to care, he told me they were waiting on a part, ok. Part finally comes in "it will be ready thursday at the latest" then thursday comes and goes and it's not ready. They had my vehicle for over three and a half weeks, noone ever aplogized, noone ever reached out to offer a loaner then they charged me full price for the labor after almost a month. I pick my vehicle up and now suddenly the heat (which worked when I brought it in) suddenly doesn't work so I waste more time bringing it back. When I'm dropping it off they talk about how I might have to pay to repair the heat system which broke when it was in their care, and a random service desk employee I wasn't even working with jumps in to start arguining with me and trying to blame me for breaking the heat system. Twice during the conversation I said I was getting frustrated and didn't want to argue and that we should stop the conversation here and he kept making rude and immature comments under his breath and kept instigating an argument with me. I've never seen a more unprofessional and insulting display from a company in my entire life. More

The vehicle pretty much can sell itself, but Nico and his amazing customer service skills was the real reason for the purchase. We had a similar offer from a competing dealership, but having worked with Nico, my husband and I could not have been more pleased and just so impressed.....there was never any pressure and understanding that we were no nonsense buyers who are not impressed by a dog and pony show...Nico met the bar on all levels!!!!!!!
