Such a small sample makes it harder to grade because I've only been there for 3!oil changes . Service writer Steve is great . I always requested full synthetic oil but on the customer invoice it was worded a only been there for 3!oil changes . Service writer Steve is great . Hopefully it was a typo error because prior oil changes were full synthetic and won't cause an issue with the engine going forward. Steve has been with working with us from the beginning , he is professional and always does what he says . More

This is my 2nd vehicles I purchased from Larson Ford , from the 1st time I arrived at Larson Ford I was greeted by a sales personnel’s Michelle Finamore after speaking to her I feel very comfortable, she from the 1st time I arrived at Larson Ford I was greeted by a sales personnel’s Michelle Finamore after speaking to her I feel very comfortable, she listened to what I wanted and make it happen, also when I spoke to the Business Manager Tracy Black to finalize my contract, she also listened to my request and also find me a better rate on my loan I was very impressed with the deal I received, she also went thru all the pros & cons and that make me very comfortable, so when I needed another vehicle I had to return to Larson Ford , I also received a better deal on my second vehicle, I recommend anyone looking for a good deal go to Larson Ford and see Michelle Finamore & Tracy Black .
