I wanted to post an update regarding my experience with David Green, General Manager of Lexus. David was incredibly helpful, professional and most importantly took the time to listen to my concerns and experience that I had. He was very thorough and spoke with the team at Lexus and followed up with me after sharing my experience with them. I was even compensated for my experience which was so incredibly thoughtful and kind. I feel much better and definitely willing to return to this dealership knowing I will be taken care of. Thank you again for all of your help!
