I have bought three of my last four vehicles from Larry H Miller, but my experience at the truck center has cured me of doing that anymore. By the time we finish financing, the dealership was closed, and on my way home the navigation system does not work from the moment and never worked again. I should have walked right back in then, but I was trying to be nice and help them get home without having to wait even more, big mistake. I try everything I can that I can find online, the dealership stalls me for a week and then the sales manager says there is nothing they can do. Even in an as-is contract, this might constitute fraudulent representation. The store manager will not return calls. Avoid at all costs, they have no interest in working with you and holding up their end of the bargain. They still owe me a license plate in a key and I am concerned that they won’t follow through, time will tell. More

We purchased a 2023 Ram 4500 Laramie from Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Riverdale. The initial visit went extremely well and we were able to order the truck we wanted with the Commercial Man Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Riverdale. We were told that the truck would need to be built and we would be kept informed of the progress through delivery to the dealership. We received notices when the truck was in que to be built, when the build was begun, when the build was completed, when it was shipped and finally when it was delivered to the dealership. Cody Johnson, the Sales Manager, guided us through each step of the process and personally delivered the truck to us at the dealership. We paid cash so we didn't have any interaction with the finance department but Kelly walked us through the extended warranty process and made sure that we got the coverage we wanted by patiently answering our questions and addressing our concerns Overall, it was a very pleasant and painless process dealing with people like Cody and Kelly who are completely dedicated to serving the customer. Larry H Miller Riverdale exceeded our every expectation and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to by a new car or truck. More

Terrible feeling walking away from Murray Toyota dealership. Maybe it's the culture of the executives. But I feel like I just dealt with some of the least honorable people in Utah. Bought 2022 GV80 and had the best service of any dealer in Arizona. Had been looking for a Mercedes for a few months and called Genesis dealer just to inquire and bought over the phone. I bought a 2021 Toyota Camry TRD. What I found out latter after I bought the car it was not a TRD it was a Camry ES with a TRD package. Still waiting for my check on the trade in even though they have already sold my truck!!! It has been three weeks and I was told it was still in process. I thought I had been given 3 free oil changes for purchasing my vehicle but then I got home and had been charged. Even worse was the fact that they just asked me to sign paperwork without disclosing what I was signing which is illegal. I thought it was routine paperwork needed to complete the transaction and they never once led me to believe it was something different. What a horrible dishonest organization More
