Had an appointment @ 10:30 truck was to be inspected & recall work done same day. Did not get the truck back till noon the following day. One of the worst experiences I have had getting our vehicle serviced. I remember why, we stopped going to Larry Miller now, but I figured this was Dodge not Honda and it was happy hour pricing. As far as I know the actual service was done fine, but I need to go check the color of my oil to be sure. The initial service person was the problem. What an @sshat. I think because we had a coupon, he got put out. Don't ever ask what they actually did for the price, as they have no time to explain with courteous language. Simply asked what the additional $15 was for and he got xxxxxxxx. We usually go to Lithia, but would definitely go to Walmart before coming back to Larry Miller. More
