Do not take your vehicle here for any reason taking a guess at the problem shouldn't be standard we have tools diagnostics that make it easy however when you need to accurately have sone knowhow these pe guess at the problem shouldn't be standard we have tools diagnostics that make it easy however when you need to accurately have sone knowhow these people have no clue replacing parts you dont need telling lies to customers as a company that has such a high mark up you should not have to steal from hard working unsuspecting people i have bought trucks here for years my company truck family vehicles and more never again expecting a standard of quality we expected from a local dealership because its been local for many years no longer the case do your homework befor you make big purchases these people a thrives. I would give our local Pembroke Chysler a negative star rating if I could. My experience with them was disgusting to say the least. And while I hoped to have them be my go to place for all my future car tr rating if I could. My experience with them was disgusting to say the least. And while I hoped to have them be my go to place for all my future car trades and purchases, they are now the last place I will ever consider going to. And the same goes for all my family and friends including the ones (my dad) who also were customers of these guys...not anymore! Word of mouth goes a long way! 😏 My experience with Pembroke Chrysler right from the get go was terrible. From being pressured to make a deal, to winning a prize that I didnt receive until asking about it 7 different times, to having to request an oil change on the used car I bought because it was 2000kms past its time for a change (according to the sticker left on car) and it was not done before giving me the car. And then the kicker.....my trade in was not paid off till a month later after lies upon lies upon lies. I had payments coming out on 2 cars. I spent numerous hours on the phone getting the run around, spent 2 of my lunch hours from work sitting in the dealership bawling and crying only to be lied to some more and treated like absolute garbage. Finally after 3 trips to the dealership and demanding something be sorted out or I was going the legal route....my loan was paid. I had to sit on hold with the bank during my work hours to get this info as the dealership could not even be bothered to call me with an update. I have since sent 2 emails to the GM of the dealership in hopes of rectifying the situation and to ensure I left the whole deal with a smile on my face...as i should after signing a 40000 loan, and have yet to receive a response! The finance and business managers at Pembroke Chrysler are by far 2 of the best sales crooks I've ever encountered. As a single mom I put my trust into them and it's one of the biggest mistakes I could have made! I would encourage anyone looking to trade in or buy a vehicle to run far way from Pembroke Chrysler! You'd be better off to buy a car off Facebook Marketplace! 👎x10!! More

The service department is terrible. Had headlight issues (HID's needed to be calibrated), approved an hour diag, all they did was remove the bulbs, reinstall them, then tell me problem Had headlight issues (HID's needed to be calibrated), approved an hour diag, all they did was remove the bulbs, reinstall them, then tell me problem fixed. Problem was NOT fixed. Called back, told me to bring it back in and it will be taken care of. Brought the vehicle back in, they tried to charge me another hour to tell me it's the same issue. Told them I wasn't paying it, especially after they told me to bring it back in and it will be taken care of, so they reduced labour to "half cost" at "employee pricing" and still charged me for the same thing as last time and both times nothing has been fixed. They fold me every manager us out of the building so I can't even speak to someone? Lol, ok. More

Booked an appoitment for 08:00 to do breaks and alignment and my vehicle stayed outside until 12:30 before it went in. Did alignment without checking what was wrong. Worst service ever, I recommand getting a second opinion for any repairs as this was not the only time work was not done on my vehicle. The staff are very polite but the vehicles do not get repaired and they take 3 times the amount of time to fix said vehicle! They should loose their license for treating customers like Manure. More

Avoid this dealership at all cost! We went there to buy a $100k truck and got scammed by the VP of the dealership! We made them an offer of sticker price with them throwing in a tonnel cover for our truck for FREE and delivery to our home. The sales agent, Joel took the offer to his VP and then came back and told us we had a deal! So I assumed that the deal I offered would be honoured and signed the paperwork. I didn’t receive a copy of any of the finances until three days later when they delivered the car to me. That’s when I discovered they had charged me for the tonnel cover even though it was supposed to be free. I immediately called my sales agent Joel and asked xxx??? He said that after we left he noticed that the VP had charged us for it and when he asked why he was told they don’t give anything off new trucks! So I immediately said that what they did was fraudulent and will make sure that anyone thinking of dealing with this dealership think twice or make sure they get what they asked for! I will never deal with these people again and I am very disappointed that a dealership would stoop this low to one of their customers! I was told by Joel that he talked to the GM Tiffany and was told nothing they would do about it! If I had a person lying to my customers you bet your xxx they would be fired on the spot! Use your own judgment!. There’s a reason their review score is so low on google!!! BTW I found out they own all the dealerships in pembroke and petawawa so maybe best if you go to another city to buy your vehicles. Good luck More
