I'm sorry to hear of your troubles with your vehicle. The windshield washer motor has been ordered and my team is checking the ETA so we can get that installed. I've reviewed everything and it appears the vehicle was sold as is with nothing owed on the "weowe" portion of the paperwork you signed off on. We also offered an extended service contract that covered these issues that was declined as well. We strongly suggest insuring vehicles that are outside of the manufacturer coverage for these exact reasons. I would like to speak to you about this so please give me a call.
