Do not recommend this dealership go anywhere else but here. Went over the weekend to buy a used 2018 F250 first was concerned about the huge mark on the door.. first acted like he didn't know what I was here. Went over the weekend to buy a used 2018 F250 first was concerned about the huge mark on the door.. first acted like he didn't know what I was talking about then claims its "advertised in listing" when you can't see it drove 3 hours so was super disappointed when I saw the truck in person. Got over the door situation wouldn't help out on the price but pushed it aside since I drove so far to get here... Went underneath the truck and there was little oil on oil pan bolt nothing was on the ground they probably moved it in that spot right when we got there for that reason, I brought up the oil leak situation they claimed the "techs are messy" .. I got home parked the truck for a couple hours and lets just say there's a lake of oil under the truck, its about 2 feet long from sitting for only a couple hours. I bought the truck for my business I have to tow a trailer every single day now I have to send the truck in to get fixed with warranty but now have to pay for the rental up front until it gets approved which is absolutely ridiculous when havent even owned the truck for 48 hours. Had bad vibes when we walked in should of trusted my gut. More

He went above and beyond to help us when our hometown Ford dealership was being extremely unfair & difficult. We felt David was extremely knowledgeable, & we didn’t feel any pressure. He made the process very easy and no nonsense. The day my vehicle was ready, I wasn’t able to pick it up. David had it delivered by two extremely kind retired veterans. That was just the icing on the cake. Kisselback is worth the drive to St. Cloud. Ask for David. You’ll be glad you did! More

If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. First, made an appointment, took 3 weeks to get because they only have one diesel mechanic. No one calls me with an update. I call the service department at 3:00pm to inquire on my vehicle. Was told they still haven’t called in all the parts to the insurance company for approval, nor have any parts been ordered. Service person chuckled and said can we keep it another day…I said yes. Next day comes around….again, no call from them! I call to find out what’s going on. Apparently the mechanic is have a problem finding electrical issue. My husband calls service manager asking what the heck is going on. Clearly Dave, “the manager “ doesn’t have a clue either. Found out the service department was lying to me. All they did in a day and a half was a freaking oil change. They haven’t even Looked at the electrical issue yet NOR ANY OF THE OTHER PROBLEMS. This place is a joke! They were just going to try to keep my truck again today and continue to push it to the side! Zero customer service and xxxxty work ethics. Dave should find another job. More
