Its great you publicly apologize but never once have you ever said that to us. Your shop is very dismissive to our problem due to your dealership and the laziness and lack of knowledge of your auto shop. You were all very quick to take our money but not so quick to help us when you realized you sold us a BRAND NEW BROKEN VEHICLE. There was so much more you could have done for us and you could have been more eager to resolve this. Instead you told us lies that we caught you in by using the jeep app that you told us to install. Therfore we see every time the jeep moves and fast and far it goes. Hard to belive you test drove it for problems "several times" when the app clearly shows us it never left the port. Just admit you failed us, i feel bad for my husband and i feel bad for all the other customers you have done this to. I would not recommend you guys to anyone. Horrible way to run a business.
