Interesting how a dealership measures you by your looks. Stopped in to purchase a car, did a test ride, the salesperson was wonderful, but when it came to closing the deal, THE CAR WAS NO LONGER available Stopped in to purchase a car, did a test ride, the salesperson was wonderful, but when it came to closing the deal, THE CAR WAS NO LONGER available as per Manager. Manager never explained the situation, never even acknowledged my presence, he was just one table away and never even said hello to me. I also noticed the same treatment with other customers, which is very unfortunate. I am purchasing a KIA today someplace else, I would not do business with people or business like this. This manager should learn ethics and diplomacy. By the way, even though my looks wwere not the greatest, as I was on my motorcycle, I am a Diplomat, and feel sorry for TASCA Kia. There, no more. More

Since this Kia became part of the Tasca company, the customer service at the service department has markedly improved. The advisor, RASOOL MUSTAFA, remembers my name, what work needs to be done on my c customer service at the service department has markedly improved. The advisor, RASOOL MUSTAFA, remembers my name, what work needs to be done on my car and make sure that everything I need help with is taken care of. He's also very communicative. The only problem is that from the time they called me that the car was done and being washed, it was over an hour before I received my vehicle back. More
