Jenn was an incredible help, she made everything effortless, and toke care of everything. She is extremely friendly, comfortable to be around, and always happy. She was by far the best sales person i have ever been in contact with. Angelica knew her car so well i was impressed! she helped us at the test drive and every little question we had she knew the answer too. I will forever drive how ever long it takes to buy my vehicles from kia of newmarket for the rest of my life.

Kia of Newmarket provides an excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this dealership. The facilities are great, very clean, organized and the staff is very friendly. We were looking for a new car and Blake Tobin was the Sales person assisting us. He was knowledgeable about the car, was extremely polite and provided a great customer service experience. This has helped us in making a decision. Once again, I would recommend Kia of Newmarket to all family and friends.

I love this dealership. Every employee goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to help in any way they can. Katelyn was a delight to talk to and she helped organize the service on my car. She was very friendly and so helpful. I continue to be impressed with the level of customer service that I encounter here. There has never been a time where I wasn't made to feel that I was important and had the full attention of the person I was dealing with. I only wish that other businesses followed your example. The people of Newmarket Kia made buying a vehicle extremely easy and a great experience overall. From the moment I entered the dealership to the time that I drove out in my new used 2009 Pontiac Vibe, all I saw was friendly faces and people that wanted to help me into a new vehicle. (In a relaxed, non-pressure filled fashion.) I had my sights set on a Pontiac Vibe and had been searching online for the perfect car for a while. I narrowed it down to the one at Newmarket Kia because they presented it so well and cleanly on autotrader.ca. Just bought a new (used) 2013 Kia Forte EX Black, picked it up yesterday. I love the car!!! I'm very happy with it. Both Luca and Helen were great, explained everything and were very helpful. I had a very good experience at this dealership.

I first came in to Kia in October 2012 looking to get a Kia Forte. Jenn Newlove was so friendly and helpful. When I decided that I wanted to wait on purchasing until I was in a better place financially, Jenn understood. She called me every few months to ask how I was and let me know about the current promotions which was great. When I decided it was time to buy the Forte in May 2013, Jenn was extremely helpful and was able to find me a great car at a great price. She was even able to put the car on hold for me with no financial penalty if my job offer fell through and I could no longer afford the car. I would highly recommend Kia of Newmarket to anyone. Jenn was extremely helpful, friendly, understanding and has excellent customer service skills. She made my experience of buying a car extremely exciting and enjoyable! Jenn was Absolutely Amazing! My husband needed a new car ASAP. He was only given a few days to pack up our lives and move to Alberta. We needed a new car and FAST! I went into Kia and there was Jenn ready to help. She understood our need to find something reliable and something safe for those terrible winters in Alberta. We looked through a few models until we found one that was just for us. I am the proud new owner of a Kia sportage. The price fits into my monthly budget perfectly and it is super economical on gas. Jenn made that miracle happen for me in only 3 short days. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you Jenn for helping my family!

Jennifer Newlove was an absolute pleasure to work with on such a big financial and life decision. She was able to make me feel at ease with this and answered any concerns I had. She is very friendly and her professionalism was definitely an asset in closing this sale. I had met with her a couple of times before purchasing and she was very responsive in all my questions (ie. leasing vs. financing options and the different levels of the models of the Kia I was looking at, etc.). In the end, I love my Kia and have no regrets about my decision here. This was my first new car purchase at it was a lot easier that I thought. I have already posted on my Facebook wall to have my friends reach out to her for their future car purchasing needs and to consider a Kia! I will always refer my family and friends to her.
