I had a horrible experience today for a scheduled service appointment. Arrived at 2:20:pm for 2:30 appointment. Told it would be 2 hours as they were running behind. Left dealership at 4:50 pm. Service manager told me they were over scheduled but no one called to tell me. They seriously need additional staff and protocols to mitigate such situations. More
