I feel lied to with what 10 year paint and 10 year Leather covered. My review specifically is directed toward the extras I purchased when buying my car. The rust protection package? Garbage!! Do NOT waste dollars on any aspect unless you have FULL details as to what they will cover. Have you ever heard of rust from outside to in vs rust inside to out? I have rust on my car with a 10 year paint protection plan and have been denied repair. 10 year Leather protection? Visible wear on my steering wheel and gear shift as was to my knowledge aspects of leather protection in SX package, I was told in no uncertain terms would be redone when or if needed. They have denied that too, saying that's natural wear for a 10 year old car, its been worn like that for years- they exclude things that "naturally" happen when it is those things that people would want fixed, it is the "natural things" I wanted my car protected from! I waited to ensure once redone it would last another set of years- makes sense right? denied! So whatever your needs or reasons for considering these extras? Know every detail and ask all the questions, because what they do cover? May not actually suit your needs within your vehicle usage. Personally? Truly? Don't. Unless you have money to give a company that you plan to not use, They will collect the money and not approve anything that you were told would be, and the "natural things" you want to be protected from? At the time of buying the car I bought extended warranty service worth $3000. I paid $300 down and $25 bi weekly for 8 months that is $700. Since mortgage rates are high I decided to ask to cancel any future payments and I was willing to let go of the payment I made till date but I was appalled by Mr YOUNUS’s life lessons I got in return. He said “ if you can’t afford it you should look at ways to increase your income” !!! “ Why did you buy a $70k car if you can’t afford this add on !!! “” subtly threatened that if you don’t pay car will be repossessed- What a joke !!! So be ready to be ridiculed and dismissed if you want to deal back with this dealership. There is no empathy or understanding of the clients situations. I just simply asked to cancel future payment and not for any refunds. It just pure greed . I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone More

I can’t say anything bad about Harshul and Aman of Kia of Brampton. I was extremely lucky to have found a car off the lot and Harshul (Salesman) was great I would recommend all my friends and family to go to Brampton. This was my first time buying a new vehicle. Neal was great to deal with when looking at which car I wanted, he was very helpful. I was very excited to buy my first new vehicle. It took almost 2 hours just for him to keep asking if I wanted to buy an extended warranty. which the car was brand new and already had 5 year warranty. He actually annoyed me so much, I was very frustrated with him. Which lead me to not having bought the insurance for my loan. After I left and bought the car I realized he did not ask about insurance coverage for the loan and he had marked declined on the papers. I called to see if this could be added on but he said no. I would have never said not to the loan not being insured. Very disappointed, Will not deal with this dealership again just for this reason. More
