I had an appointment scheduled for my 2022 Tucson. They told me it would take 2 hours (for an oil change??) So they shuttled me up to the mall. I checked with the canned boiler plate text which tells you what phase your work is in. After about 2 hours, I shuttled back to the dealership. I walked in to see about my car and if it was ready. There were two girls out there. One was looking up something and the other kept looking around. Not once in about 3 minutes did either even make eye contact with me. When I said i was there to pick up my car, they asked me who helped me. Wasnt sure of his name. Described hin and they knew who he was. They proceeded to tell me that he was the only one who could assist me, since he waited on me. So i went into the waiting room. Meanwhile I saw my car sitting out in the ready lot. After about another 15 minutes, he found me and apologized. He seemed surprised when I told him what the girls said to me. the service is usually good, but today it was less then steller! And, the text updating you on the progress of the service is never right. I checked when I got home and it still said the car was in "progress" Three stars today. Bad communication. I can get an oil change locally for about one hour at most. Please fix your text with update on service. It has been like that for as long as I remember. Why bother? More
My 2015 Sonata was smoking under the hood. I contacted Key Hyundai after Lia Hyundai was unable to take it immediately. I had it towed there. I kid from service popped his head under the hood when the ass’t manager was looking at it and declared valve cover. They ran with that apparently. Next day, it’s ready; valve cover replacement. 2 minutes from dealer, it’s smoking. Call the asst mgr; it’s normal has to burn off. Well it burned off alright, less than a 1/4 mile down the street my car was totally engulfed after losing my brakes. More

Hyundai as a company lies, no integrity, sells cars with defective engines that jeopardize ones life, does not keep you informed of fees under warranty. Refuses to answer specific questions. Every engagement is a mystery, provides only pictures of what they want to release in terrible quality. Was told by headquarters my engine was being replaced in writing, and later denied by this specific location at Key Hyundai in Manchester. Blamed for negligence when the engine was identified with manufacturing issues from the first start of the engine. Hyundai decided to not inform owners of this issue....where is the negligence? And then they have the nerve to charge me for diagnosing an engine that is in a Class Action Law Suit. More
Worst of the 39 cars I’ve purchased in my life. I never vacation I buy cars. I’ve had Kai shipped around the country numerous times. Worst sales person I’ve ever worked with in my entire career Breanna. I simply called said I’d buy the car for cash. Done deal I just need photographs. She gave me photographs of the trunk lid and then the two doorhandles and a little bit of the interior not even a full walk around. Repeatedly I asked her for photographs of the interior and the glove box and any accessories. Repeatedly, she can guard me. She’s probably one of the most impolite people I’ve ever met on this earth let alone a sales person. She also said I had to finance it, even though I offered to pay cash card, but then made me feel like a credit application and submit it. And then, after they did the credit check and affected my credit score, the Mesa did rather have the cash. Please know I offered to pay them a 54,000 dollars in cash right away and my credit score is 830. Then Shelby said finance that I could just pay the $2000 that they would not take on credit card when I return the paperwork. Then I get a call demanding the $2000. Then I get no call when the car is picked up. Please know once I made the sale. I registered the card to my Genesis account. And Breanna would leave it unlocked every night in the middle of the parking lot. She doesn’t know that you can actually see the car on an application and that you can actually take photographs around it to identify. Constantly impolite, even a used car sales person manager found it funny that they made me do a credit application affecting my credit score and then turn around and just ask that I pay the cash I offered in the first place. Please know I pay them instantly $53,000 in less than 24 hours. If this sounds like a rant it is. I’ve never seen somebody act so rude as a sales person and be so inconvenience to simply take photographs of a $50,000 purchase More
Tries to sneak in a huge diagnosis fee for items covered under an extended warranty. I’ve had three horribly indescribable customer service experiences and this morning, we made the decision to never ever under an extended warranty. I don’t get up and be at a dealership by 7:30am for a simple ‘clockspring’ change and then, the dealership tries to sneak in additional costs. They will never touch my car again, which is sad because no one else has touched the car since we purchased it from the dealership in 2011. Go somewhere else. More

She may be the best person we’ve ever dealt with in purchasing a car. She’s a keeper. Dan was also very, very helpful and so pleasant to work with. He kept it simple and responded immediately to my texts with an update. We would recommend Key Hyundai to anyone, and especially Brianna and Dan. More
