When the Key Auto Group was formed, the owner realized that most customers were tired of buying cars the "old-fashioned" way. He wanted to get rid of negotiating back and forth over a price, and pressure from the salesperson. This stressful process could last hours! The customer would end up driving away in their new vehicle with no assurance that they received the best deal possible. That's not how we do business. That's why we started the Hassle-Free Zone.
We believe customers want to focus on the important aspects of buying a car, such as reliability, safety and integrity of the dealership and its staff. I do not recommend going to Key CDJR of White River. I cannot trust them and nor should you after we confirmed a bottom line over the phone for a used vehicle I saw in person two days ago then before I I cannot trust them and nor should you after we confirmed a bottom line over the phone for a used vehicle I saw in person two days ago then before I could make my way to the lot they supposedly sold it to someone else, even after I had requested to make payment over the phone and they told me not to worry about that until I arrived. worst experience of my life buying a car! They knew I was coming and didn’t even even have it out of the snowbank because they couldn’t find the keys. When I left after being disappointed about not being able to drive the car that I wanted, nobody even ever called to follow up with with me. After three days, I called the dealership and spoke with the general manager, who Made me feel like it was my problem. They didn’t even change the windshield wipers They were so bad they left an obstruction in my vision through the windshield. not even a week later, the exhaust system fell off the bottom of the car. The brakes were squeaky! I will never buy another car from key of white river junction and I will never send any people that I like there to buy cars either More
